BP friends, I‘m looking for some thoughts on potential considerations when evaluating the merits of a single family house that has been designed to rent out 4 units separately.

@Andy I understand the indirect benefit argument and I believe it has merit.

This is not a way to protect yourself, you'll end up doing more harm than standing up on your own merit and confronting anyone who seeks an action against you.....if you conduct your business in an honest, above board, ethical manner, that's the widest moat you can possible build for yourself.

Anything along 130 corridor has merit as Austin continues to expand.  

@Ian Dunross - I think your idea has merit and like @Jeff Cagle and @Hector Martinez mentioned you will have some obstacles.I have a flip hitting the market in Hollywood Hills in June and the market is definitely slowing.

I don't know the merit of that locally, but something to consider.

Be honest.I did not in any way want to cast any negative connotation toward you Curt.I do not even have any reason to think that the turn key operations that Ali is working with are in any way less than great, but sell on the merits of your plan not pie in the sky language that might mislead an unsophisticated Buyer.Sorry if I went off, but right is right and wrong is wrong.
