STR PM in FL here - I think media sensationalism has contributed to your bias about fear of hurricanes. 

We need to screen out those who don't fit with the product we offer upfront so that we don't damage the relationship & close the doors on future dealings of other more profitable products & services with them such as Sales, Media & Education. 

This is an irresponsible mistake by the CPA, I would make sure to fire him and leave bad reviews on all their social media accounts.

A lot of Property Management Systems don't fully integrate with all of those sites and the ones that do typically require you have the least five properties in your portfolio to upload.

I personally, would never rely on an appraiser's opinion (other than mine of course), in assessing a deal, but unfortunately, they are an integral part of the financing and that should be taken into account.

Beware of anyone on social media offering 100% financing at low rates.

I heard they were going to that with the integration with Expedia.  

They have removed me from the private fb group, blocked me from all social media, and will not allow me into the daily live office hours because I started telling people about this.

I agree there are rough areas, but far fewer than media suggests.
