I've bought houses during 9 presidential terms and expect to buy and sell property next year no matter who is the president.

Any deal has three (3) important components: finding deals, finding money, and running deals (this one doesn't matter until you find the first deal and the money to go with it).  

But, none of them are willing to discuss the matter on the record.

We are hoping to avoid doing any sort of partnership and maintain a single member LLC, but searching online hasn't been fruitful.
