The wife of one of the most successful real estate investors I know said during the early years of their marriage she lived in 22 homes in 25 years....and I think they kept most of those as rentals when they moved.

She knows I want to have a few properties by the time I am 30 years old.That being said, I have a few questions:Which comes first: our first house as a marriage or a rental property?

And then the almost always forgotten stuff from personal life like change in ability to finance, income, or marriage/ divorce/ more kids etc.

We plan to do a BRRRRs, which makes this more of a "marriage" than the "dating" we'd be doing if just flipping.

But hey, some people really do the not-living-together-before-marriage-thing, and hey, if he’s not living there... there’s not much I can or will do about it.
