The pricing for Real Estate is way out of whack due to no supply so everything is over priced right now and not sure if worth the house hack. 

Prohibited offsite booking activity includes, but is not limited to:   Providing contact information prior to booking (phone number, email, website, etc.) 

Real Estate education takes a lot of work and time.

Prices are low and they hit the bottom during the real estate crash.

I see it happen all the time. 

Build a team with all that time in the morning and and the time you have by walking up early etc. 

But aside from that it works 90% of the time.
