Our public hydro power utility districts are being bombarded by new service requests to mine bitcoin. 

Doesn’t matter if you strap a jet engine on it.

We saw that pre 08 when my entire HML business was to finance mid west BRRR for west coast borrowers.. and they would get 5 to 8k cash out when they closed their take out loan. we would try to do 4 at once.. so they would get 20 to 35k in their jeans tax differed.. these funds were to go into reserves.. instead being tru blue American consumers it went to jet skis  trips  you name it.. no discipline those folks lost their rentals in droves in the 08 meltdown.. 

Brian, I plan to use a resedential electric sub-meter such as E-Mon or Leviton which will allow me to bill the tenant for their actual usage, and a water submeter such as a Multi-jet.

@Bill S. the line was scoped once by me and then the seller had it jetted and scoped to get a clearer picture of the problem.

You must have all utilities in the tenants name, hydro must be paid by tenants.

It’s amazing to think of the posh life of being whisked around in a jet , owning giant mansions and driving lambos around and we all want wealth and financial freedom in life but often we fail to realize that if you have your health, a family ,and someone who loves you then you have something literally a billion dollars can’t buy .no dollar value or sacrifice is worth more than those free things
