I can never figure out why they take the hoses and sprinklers because they never water, so what do they need sprinklers for?

I have had to take the GARDEN HOSE into one of my rentals to wash it out.

Brought along a hose and some soap and washed my truck during the "down" times between showing the place to make the time go by.Gail

I know it could probably go either way and depends on what is in the management contract, but am I getting hosed or is this standard?

If you or your tenants have an adaptor on the outdoor faucet to allow two hose connections, you might want to check. 

There's a LOT to be considered, like drinking from a fire hose, as it differs a ton from long term rentals, but where's there's pain, there is indeed money.  

I know this is like drinking from the fire hose, but start to hone in on what you are looking for as much as you can. 

I think a garden hose does about 12gpm.
