Corktown, Midtown and Downtown are the hot spots right now and it will grow outward into other neighborhoods.

Since our properties are not in a vacation destination hotspots, we delisted on VRBO due to lack of bookings.

Lots of my friends have moved to denver area it seems this is a hot spot for millennial tech jobs right now.

I've also installed a couple of security cameras inside and bought a wifi hotspot. 

I also used to hold Open Houses every weekend and for my open houses I put out 25 signs, 6" folding table, 2 folding chairs, printer, computer, and internet hot spot.  

The average investor on this site would cringe if they had any inkling of what can and does go on in your world  IE title insurer.And there are hot spots around the country that title insurers know where the most fraud occurs. 

For example, we recently closed on a property in Hongdae, which is one of the if not the #1 hot spot in Korea for the past couple years. 

We prefer not to have to pay for internet, is there a hot spot or ability to put in a SIM card?
