Since you have no idea what, or if, you will need any of this "cash reserve", I would rather use someone else's money (the LOC) for this, and reimburse them gradually, than use mine.I look at this as the same thing as "free checking" It isn't "free" if you have to keep $5,000 in the account in order to get it.

At the same time, living on $9/hr is impossible so I would hope those people get to make more.In terms of Florida, I'm expecting rents to go up gradually over the next half decade to match the increase in income.Hope this helps,Matt
