@Peter Grosso   probably the next hundred years will flush this all out.. and most likely most of these Rust belt cities and mid west inner cities will transform over time.

A little shove and that rock hovering on the edge of a cliff has it's potential energy transformed into actual kinetic energy.

I know of one being structured right now that will be vastly different than anything in the industry and I think it has the possibility to completely transform how deals get funded online.  

While I'm sure some of their intent is genuine, it just became too blurred with their own sales agenda to differentiate what was legit educational advice and what was merely part of the sales pitch.
