I've been doing a lot of research in the field and dedicate on average about 2 hours a day studying the industry.

Fortunately, REI is an expansive and varied playing field and there are many ways for many different types of investors to be successful.

It is a tough field where I believe many of you here mention when you are starting off you have to get prepared mentally you wont have an income for a while.If anyone here in the Arizona area, I would love to link up and learn more. 

I did this because I have aspirations to invest internationally in several locations in central and south America and didn't want to just talk the talk or be a wantrepreneur, rather put myself in the field and put the building blocks together myself..I am currently waiting for the CA Bureau to approve my license application so I can take the test to receive my RE license (completed the course work in Spring of 2018 while going to school full time, working part time).

CREI is an exciting strategy to get into since it provides more scalability and leverage than any other field of RE. 

I bought my very first apartment building without an agent or realtor or any mentor or help from somebody in the field . everything I knew was from books and online forums self taught .

I just bought 3 house in clock field Tennessee and I am try to add more value into the property.

As for Jobs in Japan, I make top salary in my field in terms of my education.
