We had one off Chesapeake Blvd last year that was always booked even when the virus hit. 

This is like any other virus - only 2 options, 1. the suceptible die out and 2. herd immunity.

Thus, if you took a $50,000 loan and paid it back within 6 months, you would need to wait another 6 months before you could take another $50,000 loan.2) Keep in mind that in order to take a distribution under the CARES Act you must have been impacted by the virus in one of the enumerated ways & your current account provider must allow you to take a CARES Act distribution.

I also understand that the entire planet has hammered this over and over and over again, so much so that people all over are parroting this, hereby reinforcing it and spreading all these misconceptions like a virus.

@Matt Ayoub Yes I was excited when we started and honestly still excited now about it but the virus is making it harder and harder to keep the optimistic.

If what offered changes, which it always does (the Virus is just a different catalyst), just find a different source that is offering.The goal isn't to get the property...it's to get the deal. 

It had been five years since I last spent time in the Calgary, but two things jumped out at me immediately:- the City has grown like a bad virus; and- vacancies (at least commercial) are everywhere.Yet, there still appears to be lots of construction taking place.  

I'd probably say having the flu for a week would be better as well.

People want to live there and once the virus is behind us, possible middle of next year, things will go back to normal.

A few days later the tenant complained that he was having flu like symptoms and was concerned there was a mold issue due to the brief water damage.
