We use lilyturf grass in some flower beds with partial sun and are drought resistant which usually holds up well throughout the year without any intervention.

The electrical is in fine shape but some of the outlets aren't grounded.

I am aware of the area and that it is depressed, but it does have a hospital and is very close to the Tilton outlets and Laconia.
