All property managers know that the ESA industry has exploded in the past 10 years and shows no signs of slowing down. 

As I'm sure you're not surprised, Austin is literally exploding from buyer demand, so it's pretty challenging currently to get any properties without significant competition.

If you come out here your mind will explode.

I am a native and love living here and investing here..BUT 1. there's not enough to lure Amazon headquarters...everyone who lives here knows this 2. 32206 and the Springfield rebirth is a failure...4-5 nice streets in that area and the other 200 streets is just crime ridden areas...3. the westside will explode in the next 4-5 years...excellent area to invest in, people will make the drive no problem4.

The US has themselves a housing crisisReal estate investors across Canada have watched housing prices explode over the past five years because we don't have enough houses to meet demand.

The south-west portion of the valley is exploding since it has the most open land in the county.

And, the property values in Cary has been exploding recently as well. 

It’s on the opposite side and about 30 minutes away from Disney and the areas above, but is very nice and has been exploding over the past few years.

Being a graduate of UAH I decided to give Huntsville a go as everyone who has ever been there knew it was only a matter of time before that city started exploding on the map.
