I really don't think your average investor or homeowner appreciates the enormous amount of $$ it takes to keep a construction business going.....They also don't understand the whole 'Change Order' myth - I never met a good GC that wanted a single Change Order in their project....big money loser every single time....! 

That's an enormous amount of trust to put into vendors.
