In fact, you can't get a new vacation rental license in either city, nor in the unincorporated Summit County that surrounds those towns. 

You can search for other vacation rentals in Florida on IG and see if they used anyone.

However, you can only get a federal tax deduction for the state and local taxes you pay on real estate that you own, such as your main home, a vacation home or bare land.
