Hi Account Closed .There isn't an option to listen "live" but they are released on iTunes, SoundCloud, Stitcher or any of your favorite podcast players on Thursdays in the wee hours of the morning. 

As I explained in my earlier comment the LLC in question is considered to be a "Disqualified Person" since it is owned by the account owner therefore it can not engage in any transaction with the retirement plan.

I would be surprised if you found many rehabbers in boston that troll this site looking for a lender.. or at least that would meet your requirements I suspect you already have those targeted and like  most of us in the business today we spend most of our time supporting KNOWN players to us.. instead of trying to cast a huge wide net and or train newer folks.

@Devon Morgan,You need to read up on how to attract and engage private lenders where the deal is more important than your credit.When you don't have money and/or credit, then you need to use other people's money and other people's credit.

If you want to participate in passive income streams thru larger MF, you can also get involved in partnering w/experience players that are 100% focused on acquiring, re-positioning and eventually selling larger apartment communities.
