Given the likelihood that executive action is very likely before 2017 to stop global cooling/warming/climate change/disruption, I don't see wage inflation causing much of an issue for the next two years.

sounds like you have a winner there. i agree with Account Closed send her a letter apologizing for the intrusion, that now that the work was finally completed, you wanted to make sure it was done right and right away so that there would be no more disruptions for her. and give her a coffee shop card. even with a quarterly safety and health inspection though, you would still have to give notice that you will be there.

Why the negativity I just got a quote from open door and it was very professional with excellent comps well presented the bottom line it came out to about $5000 less then marketplace value as compared to a realtor I could see them being a disruptive force in the marketplace
