Seems like a pretty good purchase.The lesson is that if you do not have to sell when the market is depressed, the San Diego RE investment is likely to look like a pretty good investment.Seems like if you are not over leveraged, the risk seems to be fairly low.BTW FHA will limit some value add opportunities.

There is substantial momentum building for the first time but this area still is still severely economically depressed, the crime is really bad and the reputation will still keep people away for a long time.
