@Justin Shelton I wouldnt have it run down looking or anything like that on the exterior but the cost to landscape versus the dollar return on the appraisal, it typically isnt worth it BUT if you have very bad curb appeal in comparison to the other homes around you, they can make an adjustment.

There is a bunch to learn but most of it is pretty simple.When starting out do production in an area that is in the growth path and do common rehab/repairs in a common structure, always have curb appeal and the ease of access. 

If so, I would upgrade them to give the building better curb appeal.

We board up the back and side, but leave the front exposed for curb appeal.
