I feel that I have given both parties much sympathy throughout so that the deal can flourish and finalize and at this time do see where each is coming from as I would want a form of security if I were the seller and I would also understand not wanting to 1st deviate from the contract (as the buyer) and second not wanting to place EMD for a property that I would want a walk through on after a lengthy and albeit slightly confrontational eviction with the tenant. This is where my issue lies.At some point one or both parties has to bend!

People need to know and understand what is legal and acceptable to stay out of trouble, ignorance of the law is no excuse nor is ignorance in suggesting to act hazardously an excuse to post.I'd say that in any business you are confronted in situations where ethics and the legality of doing something comes into question, everyone in business at one time or another will need to decide what direction to take and how far they need to or can go, you can't be in business and not be confronted with these aspects.

When the tenants confronted the neighbor about it he denied it and went in the house and started yelling at his grandkid…My tenants say they didn't see the kid do it, but its not hard to realize this kid did this (he's your typical neighborhood Dennis the Menace).
