I have gone to HR about this and it stopped briefly but has begun again.

Also, if you just search for job growth and profitability, Janesville, WI has begun showing up much more.

I only know (or have been told) that the current owner has begun the ejection process in the last few weeks.

One of the our goals is to continually trade up to newer properties in prime areas to reduce the work/expense and why we have begun building triplexes so I wouldn't discount that approach. 

If so I would be gun shy of that since he is pushing for 5% more that will just go in escrow.
