Some people may look organized, collected & wholesome on social media, but behind closed doors they may be messy, negligent & not a great candidate.

Does it affect a private organization's internal rules?

I recently attained my salesperson license, even though I don't work in that capacity within our firm.

Toledo REIA, (Real Estate Investor Association) I encourage all the local investors to join this non-profit organization.  

The HOA was legally formed, but never organized.  

You can spend your days combing these forums, of course, and hoping you find what you need from an authoritative source....or, you can take classes from a syllabus where everything is organized into a logical sequence.PM me if you have interest in exploring this option.

If company is well organized, it has a regular schedule of communication,monthly reports, for instance.
