I’m mainly looking in the South or the Mid-West.

West Texas and other rural communities there are very few land “Deals” since you need to bring the purpose to the property.  

Further west, you have resorts like Solara, Championsgate or Windsor at Westside that are popular with guests for their amenities.

Many investors from California are investing in the mid-west because of the yearly cash returns making more sense in these lower priced markets.

While I can't tell unless I had specific addresses, Sand Spring and West Tulsa can be iffy.

@Cesar SantanaI would recommend being in areas on the West Side of Cleveland like West Blvd, Cudell, Old Brooklyn, Clark Fulton, Edgewater, Jefferson, and Brooklyn Centre.

At this point though, it has to be better than the west coast.

My team is split 50/50 on this topic. ya the park I was looking to develop was in Silverton the big pond West of town its now a subdivision it would have been north of 200 spaces and we figured 5 years to fill it but that was then and now is now:)  if you think your going to get a 12 month absorption then that will work I am sure.
