Especially if you've got college students, in particular those from Asia... there's very little copyright protection there and teenagers from Asia have very very high rates of downloading.

So you'll notice that even though I *could have* paid him several thousand per year to meet the IRS tax filing requirements, I kept his compensation reasonable and commensurate with his experience and the work he was doing.There's a big difference between trying to claim your 7 year old is legitimately earning $17,000 per year and putting your older teenager to work in your office or on your properties year round. 

It was like a mom who brought a bunch of teenagers with her.

Congratz Micheal@BrentseehusenGreat point Brent, We (my parents, I was a teenager) are actually kicking ourselves because we invested out there in the 90' and we were so disenchanted with the drive back into LA that we ended up short selling the Joker before the boom and bust of mid/early 2000's.
