Still moving forward and set to close either this Friday or next Monday.  

She just reported she had no hot water Friday. 

Friday I had a 6:00 showing, tenant shows up at 6:15, removes her dogs and kids so I can show the home.  

Bank requested for me to set up my notary for Friday.  

Our restaurant biz is down 40% since Friday and expecting more. 

Had hundreds of calls/emails inquiring and wanting to see it (so many that I could only return about half of them).I ended up doing just two open houses for just one hour each....one on Friday evening and one on Saturday morning. 

I attend digital marketing classes Monday- Friday from 9am to 5pm.

We have drones from when we bought the dirt and every phase of development.. we will shoot one Friday with the roads all paved.. then as we start the houses.. make for great material to show your body of work.  

I have emailed them and called them multiple times since last Friday and the only thing they'll do or consider is virtual showings and then to make matters worse I just sent them an email again today telling them that they need to show the unit personally as per the agreement and the response they just gave me today was that if I continued to require them to show my unit in-person during the virus outbreak they would cancel my agreement.

We were supposed to close a hard money loan on one of our REOs with Groundfloor on Friday but, according to them,  "capital markets froze," and they can't get the funding.
