I only build Wordpress sites due to the level of customizability as well as the SEO benefit (and the plugins).

I'm considering bandit signs where it is legal to do so and then some SEO online bars marketing.

Hi Taylor,I may be a little bias in this regard since I started off as a freelancer and then to an in-house SEO position for a company (not an agency)- but, I don't care much for agencies and don't recommend any.

If you have a good website with solid SEO, and tie in some FB and GoogleAds, it can set you apart if everyone else is doing DM. 

You can use a template builder like LeadPropeller for a pretty affordable monthly fee (like $50), but it does you no good really unless you are also using a PPC and/or SEO campaign to drive traffic to it.  

(they have tons of free plugins).Like you can create landing pages with plugins for effective direct response marketing campaigns.You will also have infinitely more options of themes and how to make your website look.For branding, control and stability you need Wordpress.org.Wordpress.com is really good for SEO "juice".

I am going to defiantly look into marketing through social media, website seo, & other way of digital ads.

To avoid being in the $95% who never complete even one deal, and to have a sufficient deal flow to make wholesaling more than a $12 per hour job, you would have to probably spend at a minimum $5000 monthly on advertising and promotion, including some combination of SEO, SEM, email marketing, blog posts, and social media marketing.

Warning.. don't listen or read into other SEO companies.

These methods can be taught, they can be cheerleaded, they can make gurus rich, but in practice the successful wholesalers are spending big money on marketing, whether it's direct mailers, paid online ad campaigns, SEO, or something else.
