We conducted several user interviews and surveys and a lot of users said that they were more interested in being able to communicate with other folks in messages and in the forums for advice.

@Daniel Vo, sent you a message but I am proof that you can start in your late 30's and figure this all out while still serving and setting yourself up to grow even more when you retire from the military.

I owe around 168k on my primary but the last appraisal about 1 year ago came in at 422k.

We have sold on paperstac, lots of brokers on there that never close.

I would be more concerned about the brother in law potentially moving out mid-lease and leaving the couple.

This is going to be "City Specifc" in my opinion.

This creates a negative initial position.
