Curious what the more experienced folks here think is the best strategy given the current rate cuts happening.

I know the tools aren't always 100% reliable due to bad data so I'm curious if anyone here as experience with STRs in Albuquerque.It also seems like STR regulations aren't super strict at the moment - need to register for a permit and comply with various rules around occupancy limits, acknowledgements, etc - nothing too crazy.

. - The insurance industry like many others (including our industry of home remodeling here in Chicago) has escalated exponentially in cost.I've got several local Chicago brokers I can share with you, but I think no matter what your rates & premiums have probably gone up...I will send over a couple of contacts for you.Just curious, what neighborhood of Chicago is your building in?

I was curious if there were any other Palmdale Landlords on here, if so when you rented out your properties, did you see significant demand for the rent by the room strategy as opposed to renting the whole the house?
