You would likely have to look into less popular neighborhoods for the numbers to make sense but even then hard to say.

Hunter, I believe FHA to be popular on BP due to the low down payment as you mentioned and the ability to use it on a house hack.  

I've looked on Zillow a couple times just because it's a popular site but I don't buy anything off the MLS so to me personally it's not the best of tools.
