What I have found when speaking to attorneys on 1st position notes and getting a deficiency judgement is it can cost $1,000 - $3,000 to get the judgement, and unless they have other properties as collateral your chances of seeing that $ is slim to none and slim left town or you hope slim hits Powerball or megamillions.

I met with a FSBO today who bought a property for 90 k a year ago that needs 80 k in rehab, but most of the comps are at 150k.

It can accept contributions and rollovers from other plans in the same fashion as any other IRA, either during the initial setup or in the future.The one thing I would be sure to check on is whether your new 401(k) would let you roll out any of the funds you are rolling in.

He owes 17k In taxes and 10 k for water bill.

That being said the numbers will still look good If you can buy 40 k houses that bring in a grand a month in rent your going to make money
