They have a good online interface for both tenant and LL.

So for $58 / 36 Roommates, that boils down to $1.61 per payments.The Interface is basic but good.I would really urge Landlords to use some form of electronic payments.My preference is to use a program like Rentalutions in order to put the onus on the Tenant to pay their rent.

My AirBnB interface unfortunately doesn’t allow rule sets like @Julie McCoy does.

It does not have the sexiest interface but it works, has best value and I highly recommend it.

Using their interface correctly can be a bit of trial/error. 

GC takes care of the interfacing to the owner.

The at the end of the month I could sort the data and put it into the P&L  https://www.biggerpockets.com/files/user/chicagobr...I started with Quicken Rental Property Manager, I like the user interface on Quicken and the rental property manager version has a lot of cool features.  

I also do all the expediting and interfacing work with the building department to make sure we pass inspections.
