The property value has gone up since the announcement of a new football stadium.

@Troy S. agreed and that is the disconnect ... a lot of students are commuting ... however that may change once the football stadium gets built.

When I tear myself away from real estate, I enjoy relaxing with family and friends playing hobby board games and attending as many college football games as I can.I am looking forward to contributing what I have learned and learning from all the other brilliant minds here.Good luck investing to you all!

Hi Rick Pozos, thank you for your inputs, the siteplan is a preliminary, The building is not facing Eckhert Rd as the front is school parking lot and the back is the school football field, it still get a very good visibility.
