Back story is female purchased with expectations that her bf would renovate it and they'd live in one unit and rent out the other. 

Ladies living in Tulsa, OK and surrounding areas, I am curious to know if there is any interest in starting an all female meet up. 

Roommate #1 is a 30-year old female medical student who is moving from NJ to MN for a year.

I had my daughter in my first house i bought, she didn't want any guys to rent, and i was able to rent to just females, but i told her she had no choice in who rents the other rooms, unless she had friends that wanted to rent and she understood that, so i put my own daughter through that.

If it were me I would have a couple of my female friends and maybe even a realtor or 2 take a quick look and see what they think.

I am a female alone and I think he feels that I can't do anything about it. 

Perhaps a female co-worker or female friend.

Hello All I have a similar question I have a one bedroom I am renting out and the female told me last minute she cannot move in so I am trying to decide to rent to this other female meets the requirements but has 3 kids.

I have met a few male realtors that I gel with, but I also want to know, are there any female realtors in Delaware County who sell multi family and own multi family housing?
