Without getting too political, I think the Mayor and City Council are far too liberal/leftist to even consider that as an option.I wouldn't bet the farm (but I'd bet the cat) that if it ever gentrifies at all, that area will be the very last part of the city to do so.

@Gennaro CosciaIt is zoned now for single family and duplex, my original plan was to build a complex of fourplexes but after an expensive and lengthy rezoning battle, the county council ultimately turned it down so that is why I decided on duplexes, I contemplated building and selling single families, but I'm more interested in holding for monthly cash flow.
