It's a big PITA, costs more and sloes down the project.

Unlike traditional bank loans, private lenders offer quicker approval, fewer requirements, and the ability to customize loan terms to fit the project.

I don't really want to get into another project until next year anyway (I'm tired lol).

Our project is a very large building that will be renovated into high-end dorms for students on this campus.

Just make sure to account for any additional operating expenses when projecting your cash flow.
