I have a 2015 3/2 single family home just north of Nashville in Robertson County. 

Recently I was in North Carolina where state wide growth has been 9% and there are 6 areas where growth is over 20%. 

I'm a process engineer in Abq and own a single family home rental in North Valley.

And while there are many ways to calculate the profitability of the note I created,  the resultant investment yields significantly more than purchasing an investment in the competitive market environment.A summary of the deal is thus: My partners and I owned a 11,000 square foot retail/service center on a main thoroughfare in North West Houston.  

Bian,I'm an agent for an insurance brokerage in north Jersey.

We can shop around, but all insurance is going way up so expect it to keep going north.

Not sure if higher purchase prices/rates have created this boom or if it's that all the new supply of rentals in Chicago is aimed at top end luxury *$3000 1br type builds etc. but rents have shot up on the north side.

It seems like it is growing, especially north of Dallas and has relatively reasonable prices for new homes (sfr).
