I would send a message letting them know that they have until Wed next week to contact you about payments and let them know that you are willing to work out a payment plan. 

In the relinquished property our vesting was as joint tenants (we were young and newly wed and did not understand the differences). 

We went through some marriage counseling before the wedding day and one of the things our counselor told us was that marriages broke up more often because of money arguments than any other cause.That planted the seed, and since the time we had our first child, a son, in 2012, I have strived not only to repay my debts, but to build the kind of wealth people scoff at.

The location was nearly ideal providing accessibility to multiple living and shopping venues and downtown.

We would like to make extra temporary revenue by either using the land for wedding receptions or boat/rv storage.

Has anyone here had experience investing in small wedding venues?

Good Afternoon @Tim Emery,I know some great spots to throw a casual line or better venues that will take you out for the morning or day.

Lots of people coming for weddings, etc.

A friend of ours (close friend - was involved in our wedding) needs a place to stay for somewhere between 3-12 months.

One was a Sgt in the US Army deployed in Saudi Arabia and she is a wedding photographer.
