It’s an old building and sits on at least 8 inches of a concrete slab (what I have seen visually during some landscape work.)The structure does not have plumbing, and I would want  plumbing roughed in for 1 bath, kitchen and washer.

Has anyone found a designer way to visually present or record each flip project?

As a visual, the house has a circular driveway in front that's lower than street level and backyard descends from the house into a creek.

And this is what I was afraid of all along- eventually hitting a deterrent that makes me lose all steam and give up.

Its not that i want to spy on them its more so of a deterrent or if something goes wrong ill be able to take a look and hand it to the police.
