Steve, forums can be lousy venues for talking about detailed tax issues.

Both are great venues to meet up with local investors and usually have MSFT employees that you could connect with.

It's not a venue for anyone but the experienced or extreme risk-takers.I read on your profile that you bought a parcel of LAND at the auction, I'm assuming that's the Norwalk property you are referring to. 

Michigan has everything to offer in terms of outdoor activities, including hunting, skiing, ice fishing, golf, and every water sport imaginable, as well as inexpensive venues at which to enjoy them. 

However even that dead equity still saves me the roughly 4.75% interest I would have otherwise had to pay, which is 3x better than a 1.5% bank account.As stated earlier, I don't care what venue you choose to invest in, and am not necessarily advocating specifically that you should be buying stocks.  

The population will just get more Younger and Single people living there enjoying those kinds of amenities.Ultimately, there will be larger venue type events coming back, especially in tourist areas.

And that's not the only coffee shop, there's another one around the corner attached to the art gallery and live event venue.  

I've learned that I can take it through my local CC college (Golden West College) for $89 as well - all in all, it doesn't matter which venue you take it through as you will be in the same online class as others from other CCs around the country.Thanks for the quick answers.
