Most of the HOA bids I see, where the mortgage foreclosure has not started, or recently started, equal 1 1/2 to 2 years of rent....doesn't seem to be a good gamble.

It's simply a thrill to help another learn and grow in a way they will be unable to do without you helping them.But...mentoring is only as pleasurable as it can be if the mentee executes the information that you take the time to provide.

At best it is a business you actively work and at worst it is gambling.
