From a surface view it would appear there are "no rentals available in the area" (therefore, little or no economic opportunity for rentals) Investment homes in these areas are leased quickly, with multiple applications at elevated rental rates.

I would love to ask questions and get more involved.I have slowly been buying rental properties for the past five years using the old fashioned and conservative method.

Everything's right on schedule.Since then I've been hammered with more properties (Not complaining) however, my problem is, I'm not getting consistent information regarding the properties I've received, and the info lacks some basic info at times, i.e ARV, Sqft, Built date, Comps, contract signed date, some don't have Photos or a drop box link, etcI would like to present available properties to my buyers that we are working on in a better fashion than as of late, and have not been successful in having this person complete a spreadsheet with the details I require to put together an effective presentation or at least a one page info sheet.

In the long run I wouldn't make a stink about things like this everytime, but I find it a good exercise to understand options for when a bigger dispute may surface.
