The Raymond St project was a resounding success.

It’s a nice win-win.Do different states have different success rates with tenants and housing vouchers?

These are VERY risky and have a VERY low likelihood of success.

They require a site plan to get that started.Has anyone had any experience with this and have done it successfully?

You can say it had to be cut urgently and try to get them to reimburse you after (may not be successful but at least the danger to your tenant will be gone and you won’t be sued by the tenant).
