If they're loose, they might let you slide on LLCs with different ownership.

If you start out with your own draft, then you can put all your ideal terms in there and require the seller to negotiate them away, and if the seller is not particularly litigious, s/he'll often let it slide.

You are out.Other states/counties allow you to buy only the lien on one year of taxes and hang on to it without paying subsequent taxes.
