Im not sure how true that is that's why im hoping someone with experience can shed some light for me. 

Here's a run down of how I calculated our costs on a potential offer last week...perhaps you can shed some light if my math is incorrect, or if its just that cash investors don't care they are over-paying for property:4 BD 1.5 BA -  asking 100K, assuming it closes at 125K and rents at 1200.

Rent a shed or even 2 to someone for some storage?

It needs a roof, and essentially a full gut inside.The land is mostly cleared, and has a pond on it, as well as a small shed.  

She says, "Because Bob told me he was the owner, and I thought this was a scam so I began doing some research and found this phone number in the shed."

Can anyone shed some light on this situation?  

I don't understand what they are doing so if you can shed some light on what they are doing that would help me. 2.

H/2 means if your shed height is 10' then setbacks are set 5'.
