I’m super driven, have good soft skills, understand real estate relatively well (have tons to learn), I’m just concerned that my age will be a barrier and that I won’t get a good shot in my last semester to make a sale.I will likely be moving after this semester to another city, but would it still be worth it to get my license and try to make a sale or two while I’m still here?

I have been married for 32 years and if my wife (a very frugal person) had not been saving money from her work (she is a computer programmer) for about 25 years we would be in high water when I had a brain anuerism a little over 6 years ago and I have been unable to work the whole time and I still cannot walk yet.We have a daughter who is 20 years old and going to the University of Arkansas and it costs $6,000 a semester just for intuition and she (my wife) does pay all of expenses at school and does that without going into any debt.

@Laurie Chimento I rent a fully furnished apartment down to the linens on the beds and dishes in the cupboard by the semester and I often have parents who are paying the rent and need to sign as co-signers.
