Why I would agree, it would be ideal to start one ourself but to be profitable at PM it seems to be a numbers game.

I seem to have timed some REIT investments well too - nothing I did, just classic DCO.

OR, if you’re lucky enough to find a property in the new allowed student zone, make sure the zoning letter lists all advertised bedrooms.Johnson City doesn’t seem to have the same requirement.
