You made rookie mistakes but I think your biggest mistake was sending these idiots 1880$ in a check .

Not sure what the margin of error is but the site might supply that.

I have been going to foreclosure auctions for some time now - even thought I would still consider myself a rookie, but how does the bank come up with their upset price? 

Things like error and omissions, sexual or discriminatory actions an employee might make and all the craziness that could happen with a growing company and more employees.Anyone that you could tag that would know the answers...

I once had an appraisal with 22 factual errors in it and still couldnt get appraisal tossed.

Fortunately, if you use 3/4 primed fingerjoint boards up the cut line, and then cap molding, the flexible cap molding covers up a lot of error.

This is after ALL expenses.The problem with small deals, your margin of error is much smaller.

BTW, you and the buyer both have an obligation to pay the Proper amounts in the event of an error/oversight on the closing statement like this.
