That is a bit worrysome - if you are not careful, you could get taken for a ride by a less-than scrupulous business entity/individual. 

The upside to such a great location is tremendous and you're riding a huge wave of temporary nurse positions where the housing is covered. 

I think if Adam had his way all he would do is ride around MSP on his motorcycle filming walkthroughs and crunching numbers to make deals come together for out-of-state investors. 

Someone who looks like they don't have the change to ride a bus or appear to be so stupid they failed 2nd grade is not very likely to have anything for rent (and if they did it would be not be the smart choice for someone to rent from them).Gail

The way you get their is by riding a series of properties...much like buses. 

If you don't agree get ready for a rollercoaster ride.

Buy for cashflow and you'll ride out any bumps in the road. 

Toledo has many parks all around the area, especially near the Maumee River which runs down the center of the city and attracts many families in the area to go for evening walks, bike rides, picnics, fishing, kayaking, and more.Not to mention the jobs that are here already and are coming, Jeep, Owens Corning, Amazon (Two locations), DANA and even Pelaton is bringing their first US facility to Toledo. 

On multiple occasions, I have found him fishing and bike riding while he was supposed to be working.
