Personally, I would never Airbnb our entire house while gone.2 big reasons for thatFirst, the people that stay in your house when they are renting your a room (and not the whole house) tend to be a LOT more respectful than people that KNOW you aren't there.

Creative Solar and Solar Choice USA are respected local companies, and you could check with the national leasing companies SunRun, SolarCity/Tesla, and Vivint however I don't think any of the big boys are active in Georgia although I could be wrong about that. 

The new ~660 acres of land picked up by 4-5 big developers in Super North Vegas is like a good HOUR from civilization (aka strip / airport / DTS / any respectable casino...)I just can't imagine the current condos and townhomes out here someday being worth $400k/$600k+ like the major cities out there.
